Mr. Adil Naseem is the Chairman & CEO of IT Aligners (Pvt) Ltd and a strategic leader of the organization. He is mainly responsible for shaping the company’s initial policies and setting a defined and well-structured direction as a prominent stakeholder. In his role of a Chief Executive, he is responsible to manage all day-to-day responsibilities of the organization and to provide the board with feedback on progress toward achieving goals for the strategic plan and the budget needed to fulfill the expected duties. Another important role is to serve as the face and public spokesperson for the organization.
Mr. Adil Naseem holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the NUST National University. He has a diversified experience spanning over 16 years in telecom sector of Gulf countries and STC (Kingdome of Saudi Arabia). He served as Deputy Director acknowledging his needed insight to drive organizations to success.
Besides IT Aligners (Pvt.) Ltd, Mr. Adil Naseem started up several companies as an entrepreneur. Mr. Adil’s perception about Technology is that it should be an equalizing force, an enabler for everyone around the world. He has driven his company to success by showing empathy for his employees, securing the trust of the organization’s customers by providing service excellence, and collaborating with other entities to deliver innovative and value adding products and services.

Mr. Ali Ahmad is working as Chief Operating Officer in IT Aligners (Pvt) Ltd. He is responsible for overseeing the development and diffusion of technology for external customers, vendors, and other clients to help improve and increase business. He is tasked with managing the technical aspects of IT Aligners to ensure that they are in line with the company’s growth targets and managing the company’s high-tech plans.
Mr. Ali Ahmad holds a Master Degree in Information Technology from Punjab University, and has experience of over 17 years in technical support and customer services. He also holds many technical certifications form Dell, Lenovo and other organizations such as Certified LENOVO Authorized Warranty Services Provider, Certified LENOVO Sales and Services Expert, LENOVO Partner Engage Program (Platinum) Certification, Certified DELL Technologies Sales and Services Expert, DELL Technologies Partner Engage Program Certification, BITRIX24 CRM Implementation and Customization Expert, Training Data Center Infrastructure Design & Implementation, Microsoft Dynamics CRM Implementation and Customization Expert, Certified UBUNTU-Linux User from PUCIT.
He has a proven track record of managing centralized IT Support Desk 365-days round the clock. He used to monitor and manage preventive maintenance activities to achieve the customer satisfaction level. He led the technical team providing different levels of support with respect to Dell, Lenovo, EMC, Emerson, Samsung, Xerox, Cisco, Hawaii and Hikvision to the different organizations’ customers, primarily in Telecommunication, Banking and Cooperate sectors within the central region of Pakistan. His function as an advisor and ensures the service catalog offering aligns and supports both organization and various line of business objectives to develop and maintain the strong client relationship.
Mr. Imran Rana is a co-founder of IT Aligners (Pvt) Ltd. and working as Director Finance and Treasury in the organization. He has a decisive strategic role in influencing the future direction of an organization and help to align business and finance strategy to grow the company, driving business improvement initiatives within the organization. His is tasked to perform effective risk management and ensure compliance with financial regulations as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with banks, investors, and other financial institutions.
Mr. Imran is a Chartered Management Accountant and Fellow Member of Institute of Public Finance Accountants with over 20 years of work experience with a significant level of success in Finance, Administration, Operations Management, Strategic Planning, Business Transformation, ERP Implementation, and Internal Control.
Mr. Imran Rana has a proven track record of implementing financial policies and procedures that reduce errors and improve accuracy of financial reporting. Skilled in managing financial planning and analysis processes, resulting in increase in budget efficiency and cost savings.
